Wile E. Coyote Finally Gets His Day in Court
Wile E. Coyote is finally about to get some justice. A brand-new motion picture, Coyote vs. Acme, is officially headed to the big screen.
Back when I was a kid, I always wondered why Wile E. kept going back to Acme for products. Their gear was defective, defunct, and—if I’m being frank—total dog crap. Even in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, the company didn’t exactly produce high-quality goods.
Roger Rabbit walked so Wile E. Coyote could run.
The trailer for this new film suggests the coyote will finally see justice. Will Forte, John Cena, Lana Condor, and Tone Bell star in an ensemble cast for what promises to be a dynamite production. The story features a powerhouse writing team including James Gunn, Jeremy Slater, and Samy Burch.

The Plot: Coyote vs. Capitalism
The plot centers on Wile E. Coyote who, after decades of getting blown to bits, decides to fight back. So, he hires lawyer Kevin Avery (played by Will Forte) to sue the giant Acme corporation and its representative, Buddy Crane (played by John Cena).

This movie looks like it will take aim at American capitalism, consumerism, and corporate greed. All in all, this should be a nostalgic and fun ride.
